He also led the Investment department for a boutique Wealth Management firm in Orlando for over 3 years, developing Investment Strategies for Business Owners and their Companies. He recently left Fidelity Investments as a ‘Director Retirement Planner’ for the employees of Universities and Hospital systems to start his own Wealth Management practice under Merrill Lynch.
His focus is ‘Holistic Financial Planning’ for Business owners and Real Estate Investors, covering everything from Estate Planning, to Investment Management, as well as Traditional and Custom Lending through Bank of America. Additionally Peter is a candidate in the CFA Program, a licensed real estate agent, and a CapStack alum!

Preston began his first business, My Retreat Service, a concierge service for vacation homeowners, while in college. Since then, he has started several other businesses. His main focus is leading Blooco, a commercial construction company based in Orlando, and Graehawk, a development company that helps Latin American investors establish and grow their real estate portfolios in the United States.
He is a proud husband and father of two. When not working or spending time with his family, he volunteers at his church and helps at the Boys and Girls Club of St. Cloud.

The Principal Attorney for the firm is Lewis M. Oliver III (please call him “Lew”). Lew earned his B.A. Undergraduate Degree from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida in 1981 (summa cum laude, with highest honors), and his J.D. Law Degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C in 1984 (cum laude, with honors). Lew has been a Member of the Florida Bar in good standing continuously since 1985. He has focused his entire 30+ year career on real estate and related matters. He regularly teaches seminars to buyers, sellers and realtors, and has conducted THOUSANDS of real estate closings over the years.
